Characteristics

In Japan the arrival of the Shincha (first tea of the year) is highly celebrated. The Morimoto Shincha 2022 is a blend of leaves from two tea plant varieties, Yutaka Midori and Saki Midori, which results in a gentle, fresh green tea. We recommend to enjoy this tea in a small teapot in multiple infusions.
