Sencha Minami Sayaka
A well balanced, typical Japanese tea.
The basis of the Sencha Minami Sayaka are the delicate leaves of the June harvest. The mixture, comprising some stems and some leaves, produces a round flavour tea. The leaves of the Minami Sayaka variety, give the tea a sweet aroma and an intensely green colour. The leaves of the Okumidori variety contribute a smooth and delicate tone and the leaves of the Kanaya Midori variety give the tea a great depth and richness of flavour.
