Characteristics

This RariTeas Red Oolong from the Nantou/Taiwan regions summer harvest is a middle dark Oolong with delicate fruity flavours. Katie Yen works organic and respects nature as well as the tradition of artisanal tea production. This tea is 60% oxidized and and a bit roasted to enhance its complexity. Red Oolong allows several infusions as the ball-shaped leaves open slowly and reveal their complex aromas with time.
