Kintsugichá refers to the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the cracks with gold, thereby making the piece even more valuable. On our journey back from Japan, the iron pan used for tea production, gifted by the Morimoto family, was accidentally broken. Once in Portugal, we succeeded in having this treasured pan restored, which has made it even more precious to us. This tea is crafted from the very first leaves of our spring harvest, picked and processed entirely by hand. Kintsugichá is a delicate tea with remarkable complexity and natural sweetness.
