Chou Ka Kabuse Bio

Chou Ka Kabusecha is a very complex variety of Yutaka Midori, Kanaya Midori and Asatsuyu, which grew in the shade before harvest.

Characteristics

Chou Ka is a small morning meditation to get you started on the day. This tea from the Watanabe family is from the first harvest, which on Yakushima Island begins in early April. The leaves of the Yutaka Midori and Kanaya Midori varieties contribute to a complex and smooth tea at the same time. The plants’ time in the shade before harvest and the Asatsuyu variety bring sweetness and unique expression. Chou Ka Kabusechá is a tea to enjoy on special occasions.
