Characteristics

This RariTeas High Mountain Oolong from the Nantou/Taiwan region is delicate green with floral notes and a very long finish. Katie Yen works organic and respects nature as well as the tradition of artisanal tea production. This tea is 20% oxidized and only slightly roasted to enhance the green flavours. High Mountain Oolong allows several infusions as the ball-shaped leaves open slowly and reveal their complex aromas with time.
