Characteristics

Florchá is the very first product from our organic tea plantation in northern Portugal. In spring, we harvest the young leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant for tea. In autumn, these same plants blossom with beautiful flowers, which we carefully handpick and gently dehydrate. This ensures the flowers retain their natural beauty and yield a delicate infusion, showcasing fresh flavors, subtle tannins, and almost no caffeine.
