Cuando bebo t\u00e9, s\u00f3lo bebo t\u00e9. No tengo que pensar y en ese momento puedo interrumpir mis pensamientos. Cuando no pienso, puedo dirigir mi atenci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo al acto de beber t\u00e9. S\u00f3lo existe este t\u00e9. Solo existo yo. Existe una uni\u00f3n entre mi yo y el t\u00e9. No necesito el tel\u00e9fono para hablar con el t\u00e9. Adem\u00e1s, como yo no estoy ocupado con el tel\u00e9fono, puedo entrar en contacto m\u00e1s profundamente con el t\u00e9. S\u00f3lo estoy respirando y soy consciente de que solo existe mi respiraci\u00f3n, mi cuerpo y este t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chacamelia.com\/admin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/bebercha.jpg\" alt=\"bebercha\" width=\"1000\" height=\"529\" \/><\/pre>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es una maravilla tomarse tiempo para tomar t\u00e9. En el budismo Zen, por lo general no hay \u00f3rdenes, pero \u201cbebe tu t\u00e9\u201d es como una orden para volver a tu verdadero hogar. \u00a1No pienses! Vive este momento en cuerpo y alma. Vive el momento presente. Existes y sabes lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo.
