Henrique thus returned to the birth place of his parents &#8211; the Beira region in central Portugal. The couple purchased an 8 hectare plot of land and now they grow herbs and edible flowers for herbal teas on about 2 hectares of the plot. As they had decided to opt for a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their children, it was a natural move to decide to work their land organically. In addition to the herbal teas such as lemongrass, peppermint and lemon balm, Ros\u00e1rio started to  develop interesting blends of herbs and flowers, which are intriguing, not only because of the complexity of their aromas but also because of their beauty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chacamelia.com\/admin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/002HenriqueGavetasErvasAromaticas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7617 large-6\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chacamelia.com\/admin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/003Calendula.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7620 large-6\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u00e1 Cam\u00e9lia quickly became convinced of the high quality of the organic herbs and flowers produced by Henrique and Ros\u00e1rio. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/chacamelia.com\/en\/catalogue\/teas\/cha-principe-2\/\">Ch\u00e1 Pr\u00edncipe<\/a> tea, Henrique and Ros\u00e1rio&#8217;s lemongrass adds the citrus aromas to the Japanese green tea of \u200b\u200bthe <a href=\"https:\/\/chacamelia.com\/en\/tea-producers\/japanese-producers\/morimoto-family-miyazaki\/\">Morimotos<\/a>.
