The Yeatman

The Yeatman hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia, is in the area where the port lodges of Porto are located and it is well known for its connection with port. When the director of wines Beatrice Machado discovered Camélia teas, she became fascinated by the world of tea, which she believes is as complex as that of wine. The hotel started serving the Camélia teas at breakfast and also, at the bar, there is a very large selection of teas. All the teas are prepared and served with great care and in a very relaxing environment. The hotel shop sells the tea with a Portuguese touch, a selection of pure Japanese teas and tea making equipment and accessories. Marco Myhre, who works at the hotel, is available to help advise customers on which tea to drink or buy.
