In the Kirishima Asanomi Kabusecha the producer Shutaro Hayashi got a great kabusecha. He chose plants of the varieties Asatsuyu and Asanoka, which he placed in the shade before the harvest. This complex blend surprises with very fresh leaves, an infusion of an intense green and a lovely sweetness (Umami) that has a prolonged finish in the mouth.
