Chocolate Matcha Premium is a handmade white chocolate with Matcha (the powdered tea of the Japanese tea ceremony) and Tokujou Sencha (the best Sencha of the 1st harvest from the Morimotos). This white chocolate with Matcha and Tokujou Sencha is the result of a fruitful collaboration with the Feitoria do Cacao company, located in Aveiro. After several trials, tastings and long, passionate discussions, this chocolate was produced, which combines the whole freshness and subtlety of Japanese tea with the euphoric texture and palate of fine white chocolate.
