Characteristics

Producer Kadota, from the Miyazaki Prefecture, creates this delicate black tea from the Yabukita variety, which is normally used in Japan to make green tea. This Koucha from the summer harvest has fruity notes and a slight natural sweetness. It can be prepared directly in cold water; we advise 8g/400ml and a 30 minute infusion time.
