The largest leaves of the late spring harvest are collected for this superior Bancha Yanagicha. These leaves are more mature and instead of being twisted, they are folded very carefully. These more developed leaves are naturally low in caffeine and have a higher concentration of iron, zinc and other minerals. This tea is a recommended drink for pregnant mothers but can also be drunk by everybody throughout the day.
Tasting note: Balanced and rich, with a floral note, with little caffeine.
