In Japan, tea is more than a drink, it’s an attitude. Therefore, it is produced with great care. The vaporisation retains the characteristic emerald green of the fresh leaf and the fine aromas. The production of green tea by Chá Camélia is inspired by Japan, but works with more artisanal techniques to reveal the terroir of Northern Portugal. In this tasing we compre the flavours of Japanese and Portuguese green teas and discover some rare teas from both countries.
